Tagliate la zucca butternut in dadini di circa 2 cm, pelate la patata dolce e riducetela in pezzi regolari.

Portate il brodo vegetale a ebollizione in una pentola capiente, aggiungete la zucca, la patata dolce, il sale e fate cuocere a fuoco medio-alto per 20-22 minuti, fino a quando le verdure saranno molto tenere.

Nel frattempo, versate la ricotta fresca magra in una ciotola, aggiungete un pizzico di sale e pepe, e sbattete leggermente con una forchetta fino a ottenere una crema liscia e ariosa.
