Risciacqua la quinoa sotto acqua fredda per eliminare la saponina, poi asciugala in una padella a fuoco medio per 2-3 minuti, mescolando costantemente, finché non inizia a profumare leggermente.

Tritare finemente aglio e rosmarino con un coltello.

Scalda l'olio in una pentola grande a fuoco medio, aggiungi il soffritto di aglio e rosmarino, lascia insaporire per 30 secondi.
