Pulire i funghi, tagliarli a fette e metterli da parte.

In una padella, scaldare l'olio extravergine di oliva e aggiungere l'aglio tritato, facendolo rosolare per 1-2 minuti.

Aggiungere i funghi e cuocere per circa 5 minuti, finché non si ammorbidiscono.

Unire i gamberi e cuocere per altri 5-7 minuti, fino a quando diventano rosati.

Aggiungere il prezzemolo, il succo di limone, sale e pepe, mescolando bene.

Trasferire il composto in una teglia, cospargere con il pangrattato integrale e infornare a 200°C per 5 minuti, fino a doratura.
