Sciacquare bene i filetti di baccalà sotto acqua fredda per 10 minuti, cambiano l'acqua più volte, per eliminare l'eccesso di sale. Asciugare con carta da cucina e tagliare in porzioni medie.

In un tegame riscaldato a fuoco medio, versare 1 cucchiaio di olio, aggiungere cipolla e aglio tritati finemente, rosolare per 2-3 minuti fino a profumo.

Aggiungere i peperoni rossi tagliati a dadini e cuocere per 5 minuti, mescolando.

Incorporare i pomodori pelati con la loro acqua, la paprika dolce e il brodo vegetale. Portare a ebollizione, quindi ridurre il fuoco.
