Accendere il forno a 160°C e rivestire una tortiera a cerniera da 22 cm con carta da forno.

In una ciotola, mescolare le noci tritate con la farina di mandorle, la cannella e metà del miele.

Stendere un foglio di pasta fillo sul fondo della tortiera e spennellarlo con un po' di olio di cocco.

Ripetere l'operazione con il secondo foglio di pasta fillo, sovrapponendolo al primo.

Versare il composto di noci sulla base di pasta fillo, distribuendolo uniformemente.

In un'altra ciotola, sbattere lo yogurt greco, la ricotta, le uova, l'estratto di vaniglia e il restante miele fino a ottenere un composto liscio.

Versare il composto di formaggio sopra il ripieno di noci nella tortiera.

Cuocere in forno per circa 50 minuti, finché il centro non è quasi rassodato.
