Preriscalda il forno a 180°C e rivesti una teglia quadrata da 20 cm di lato con carta da forno, lasciando sporgere i bordi.

In una ciotola, mescola la farina di mandorle con gli albumi e metà del miele fino a ottenere un composto omogeneo.
