Preriscaldare il forno a 180°C e foderare uno stampo da plumcake (26 cm) con carta forno.

Schiacciare le banane in una ciotola con una forchetta fino a ottenere una purea liscia.

Aggiungere il burro di arachidi, le uova, lo zucchero e l'estratto di vaniglia; mescolare bene con una frusta fino a combinare completamente.

In una ciotola separata, setacciare insieme la farina integrale, le proteine in polvere, il lievito, il sale e il bicarbonato di sodio.
