Method

Tosta le fette di pane integrale fino a doratura in un forno a 180°C per circa 10 minuti.

In una pentola grande, porta a ebollizione acqua salata e aggiungi la bietola. Cuoci per 2 minuti, quindi scolala e trasferiscila in una ciotola con acqua fredda.

Scola la bietola e strizzala per rimuovere l'acqua in eccesso, poi tritala grossolanamente.

In una padella, scalda l'olio d'oliva a fuoco medio e aggiungi l'aglio. Cuoci per circa 30 secondi, fino a quando non è fragrante.
