Method

In un pentolino, scalda il miele a fuoco medio fino a farlo diventare fluido, poi aggiungi lo zucchero di cocco e mescola bene fino a scioglierlo. Togli dal fuoco e lascia raffreddare.

In una ciotola grande, sbatti l'uovo con il succo di limone e la scorza di limone. Aggiungi il composto di miele raffreddato e mescola fino ad ottenere un composto omogeneo.

In un'altra ciotola, setaccia la farina di avena, il lievito, la cannella, i chiodi di garofano e la noce moscata. Unisci gradualmente gli ingredienti secchi al composto umido, mescolando fino a formare un impasto.
