Sciacquare il riso integrale sotto acqua fredda fino a quando l'acqua non risulta limpida. Immergere il riso e le mandorle crude in 300 ml di acqua tiepida per 8-10 ore (o durante la notte) per facilitare la digeribilità e ridurre i tempi di cottura.

Scolare il riso e le mandorle dal liquido di ammollo e trasferire in un blender potente insieme a 600 ml di acqua filtrata. Frullare ad alta velocità per 2 minuti fino ad ottenere una miscela omogenea e cremosa.

Riscaldare la miscela ottenuta in un pentolino a fuoco medio-basso per 5-6 minuti, mescolando costantemente per evitare grumi e bruciature sul fondo.

Aggiungere le proteine in polvere direttamente nella bevanda calda e mescolare vigorosamente con una frusta per 30-40 secondi fino a completa dissoluzione senza grumi.

Incorporare il miele e il sale, mixando brevemente. Aggiungere i restanti 300 ml di acqua fredda mescolando per abbassare la temperatura.

Filtrare la bevanda attraverso un colino a maglie fini o una garza pulita in una brocca, premendo delicatamente i residui di riso e mandorle per estrarre tutto il liquido.

Versare in un bicchiere, spolverare con cannella e servire immediatamente o conservare in frigorifero fino a 3 giorni.
