Versate il tè alla menta freddo (100 ml) in una pentola insieme a 80 ml di acqua bollente, lo zenzero grattugiato e l'arancia affettata sottilmente. Fate intiepidire.

Aggiungete 30 g di datteri denocciolati e 15 g di uvetta sultanina. Portate a ebollizione, lasciate bollire 2 minuti, poi spegnete il fuoco e fate riposare 30 minuti coperto.
