Inizia preparando il riso di cavolfiore: grattugia 150g di cavolfiore fresco e saltalo in padella antiaderente con un filo d'olio per 2-3 minuti fino a quando non si ammorbidisce, quindi condisci con sale e pepe.

Cuoci gli spinaci: porta a ebollizione un pentolino d'acqua, immergi 80g di spinaci freschi per 2-3 minuti, scolali e strizzali bene, poi condisci con 5ml di salsa di soia.

Prepara le carote: in una padella, scalda un cucchiaio d'olio e aggiungi le carote a julienne, rosolando per circa 3 minuti. Aggiungi un cucchiaio di pasta di gochujang e mescola bene.

Cuoci il pollo: in un'altra padella, rosola il petto di pollo affettato con poco olio e un pizzico di salsa di soia per circa 5 minuti, fino a cottura completa.

Prepara l'uovo: cuoci un uovo intero in padella a fuoco medio per 2-3 minuti, fino a ottenere un tuorlo morbido.

Assembla il piatto: in una ciotola, disponi il riso di cavolfiore come base, aggiungi gli spinaci, le carote e il pollo in porzioni separate. Posiziona l'uovo al centro e completa con un filo d'olio di sesamo e semi di sesamo tostati.
