Method

In una ciotola, mescolare la farina di avena, l'albume, il lievito e un pizzico di pepe fino a ottenere un composto omogeneo.

In una padella, scaldare l'olio d'oliva e rosolare lo scalogno tritato fino a dorarlo.

Aggiungere il tofu sodo sbriciolato e cuocere per 5 minuti, quindi unire il cavolo cappuccio affettato e la salsa di soia. Cuocere per altri 5-7 minuti fino a quando il cavolo è tenero.

Incorporare la senape dolce e mescolare bene.

Stendere l'impasto su un foglio di carta forno, creando un rettangolo.

Posizionare il ripieno al centro dell'impasto, arrotolare e chiudere bene.
