In una ciotola, setaccia la farina di mandorle, il protein powder, il cacao, il lievito, la cannella e il sale.

In un'altra ciotola, ammorbidisci il burro chiarificato e mescola con lo zucchero di cocco fino a ottenere una crema leggera.
