Method

In una ciotola, mescola il burro di nocciole con l'olio di cocco e l'eritritolo fino a ottenere una crema omogenea.

Aggiungi l'uovo e la scorza di limone grattugiata, mescolando bene per amalgamare.

In un'altra ciotola, setaccia il cacao, la farina di avena, la farina di nocciole, il lievito e il sale.

Unisci gli ingredienti secchi a quelli umidi, mescolando delicatamente fino a formare un impasto compatto.

Preriscalda il forno a 175°C e rivesti una teglia con carta da forno.

Preleva piccole porzioni di impasto e forma delle palline da circa 15 g ciascuna, disponendole sulla teglia.

Appiattisci ogni pallina con le mani fino a ottenere uno spessore di circa 1 cm.

Cuoci in forno per 10-12 minuti, fino a quando i bordi risultano leggermente dorati.
