Preriscaldare il forno a 180 °C e foderare una teglia da forno con carta da forno.

Stendere la pasta sfoglia integrale su un piano di lavoro e ritagliare 16 cerchi di circa 8 cm di diametro.

In una ciotola, mescolare i mirtilli, l'eritritolo, la cannella, l'amido di mais e il succo di limone.

Spennellare la superficie con l'uovo sbattuto e fare dei piccoli fori per far fuoriuscire il vapore.
