Preriscalda il forno a 160°C. Posiziona il prosciutto su una griglia all'interno di una teglia da forno.

Incidi la superficie del prosciutto formando dei rombi profondi circa 1 cm.

In una ciotola, mescola il bourbon, il miele, la senape, il succo d'arancia e il coriandolo fino a ottenere una glassa omogenea.

Spennella la glassa sul prosciutto, assicurandoti di coprire bene tutte le incisioni.

Cuoci in forno per circa 2 ore, spennellando ogni 30 minuti con il resto della glassa.
