Preriscalda il forno a 180°C e prepara uno stampo monoporzione (10x10 cm) con carta forno.

Sciogli il burro di cocco e lascialo intiepidire. In una ciotola, sbatti l'uovo con l'eritritolo e l'estratto di vaniglia.

Aggiungi il burro di cocco fuso e mescola bene.

Setaccia insieme la farina di avena, il cacao amaro, le proteine in polvere, il sale e il lievito, quindi uniscili al composto umido.

Versa l'impasto nello stampo e cuoci per circa 15 minuti, finché la superficie è asciutta ma il centro è ancora morbido.
