Preriscalda il forno a 180°C e rivesti una teglia da 20 cm di diametro con carta da forno.

In una ciotola, unisci la farina di grano saraceno, la farina di avena, l'eritritolo, il lievito e il sale mescolando bene.

In un'altra ciotola, sbatti insieme lo yogurt greco, le uova e l'olio di cocco fuso fino a ottenere un composto omogeneo.
