In una ciotola, mescola la salsa di soia, l'olio di sesamo, l'acqua, la pasta di miso, la mela grattugiata, l'aglio, lo zenzero, il cipollotto, il succo di limone, il peperoncino e il pepe nero.

Aggiungi il petto di pollo tagliato a strisce sottili nella marinatura e lascia riposare in frigorifero per 30 minuti.

Riscalda una padella antiaderente a fuoco medio-alto e ungi leggermente con un po' di olio di sesamo.

Cuoci il pollo marinato per 5-6 minuti, girandolo a metà cottura, finché non è ben cotto e dorato.
