Preriscalda il forno a 175°C e rivesti una teglia 23x33 cm con carta da forno.

In una ciotola, mescola la farina di avena, l'eritritolo, il bicarbonato di sodio e il sale. Aggiungi lo yogurt greco, le uova e l'ananas, mescolando fino a ottenere un composto omogeneo.

Versa l'impasto nella teglia preparata e livellalo bene.

Cuoci in forno per circa 25-30 minuti, finché uno stuzzicadenti inserito nel centro esce pulito.
