In una ciotola, unire la farina di cocco, l'uovo, l'eritritolo, il cacao amaro e il lievito. Mescolare bene fino ad ottenere un composto omogeneo.

Versare il composto in uno stampo monoporzione rettangolare (15x12 cm) precedentemente unto con spray antiaderente.

Cuocere in forno preriscaldato a 180°C per circa 10 minuti.

Lasciare raffreddare completamente e poi sbriciolare il dolce in una ciotola.

Aggiungere lo yogurt greco e mescolare fino ad ottenere un impasto compatto.

Formare 4 palline uniformi (circa 2-3 cm di diametro) e infilzarle con stecchini.

Refrigerare per almeno 30 minuti.

Sciogliere il cioccolato fondente a bagnomaria e immergere i cake pop, quindi lasciarli asciugare su carta forno.
