Lavare e tagliare le zucchine e il peperone a rondelle sottili. Marinare le verdure con un cucchiaio di olio, sale, pepe e le erbe aromatiche.

Preriscaldare il forno a 180°C.

Posizionare ogni trota su un foglio di carta da forno, aggiungere le verdure marinate all'interno della cavità del pesce e un paio di fettine di limone.

Chiudere il cartoccio in modo da sigillare bene il pesce e le verdure.

Mettere i cartocci su una teglia e cuocere in forno per circa 15 minuti.
