In una ciotola, sbatti le uova con il brodo vegetale, la salsa di soia e un pizzico di pepe. Aggiungi il pollo tritato e mescola bene.

Versa il composto in 4 pirottini di ceramica, lasciando un po' di spazio libero in cima.

In una pentola a vapore, porta a ebollizione dell'acqua. Posiziona i pirottini nel cestello della vaporiera e coprili con un coperchio.

Cuoci a vapore per circa 20 minuti, finché il composto non si è rappreso.
