Iniziare preparando la base mescolando la farina di avena con il dolcificante e 50 g di yogurt greco fino a ottenere un composto omogeneo. Pressare il mix sul fondo di uno stampo monoporzione (ø 8 cm) e riporre in frigorifero per 10 minuti.

In una ciotola, unire la ricotta magra, il restante yogurt greco, le castagne lessate, l'uovo, il dolcificante e l'estratto di vaniglia. Frullare fino a ottenere una crema liscia.

Aggiungere il cioccolato fondente fuso alla crema e mescolare bene.

Versare la crema sopra la base raffreddata, livellando bene la superficie.

Cuocere in forno preriscaldato a 160°C per 30 minuti, fino a quando la superficie è dorata e il centro è ancora cremoso.

Sfornare e lasciare raffreddare a temperatura ambiente per 15 minuti, poi mettere in frigorifero per almeno un'ora prima di servire.
