In una pentola grande, unire il petto di pollo macinato e il concentrato di pomodoro. Aggiungere l'aglio, la cipolla, il peperoncino in polvere, il cumino, la cannella, il pepe di Cayenna, il pepe nero, la foglia di alloro, l'aceto di sidro di mele, la salsa Worcestershire e l'acqua. Mescolare bene.

Portare la pentola a fuoco medio-alto e portare a ebollizione, mescolando di tanto in tanto. Ridurre quindi il fuoco a medio-basso e lasciare cuocere per circa 45 minuti, finché i sapori non si amalgamano e il chili non si addensa.

Nel frattempo, portare a ebollizione una pentola d'acqua leggermente salata. Cuocere gli spaghetti integrali secondo le istruzioni riportate sulla confezione, circa 10-12 minuti, quindi scolarli.

Assaggiare il chili e aggiustare di sale e pepe a piacere. Togliere e scartare la foglia di alloro.

Servire il chili sopra gli spaghetti integrali, guarnendo con cipolla rossa tritata e formaggio feta sbriciolato. Gustare caldo!
