Method

In una pentola, porta a ebollizione il brodo vegetale e aggiungi la carota, la zucchina e la cipolla. Cuoci per 5 minuti.

Aggiungi il petto di pollo e fai cuocere per circa 15-20 minuti, finché il pollo è cotto e tenero.

Rimuovi il pollo dalla pentola e lascialo raffreddare. Filtra il brodo e tienilo da parte.

Una volta raffreddato, taglia il pollo a pezzi grossi.

In una ciotola, sbatti le uova con un po' di brodo raffreddato, quindi aggiungi la farina integrale e la curcuma. Impasta fino a ottenere un impasto liscio.

Stendi l’impasto su un piano infarinato e ritaglia delle strisce larghe circa 3 cm.

Riporta il brodo a ebollizione e aggiungi le strisce di impasto. Cuoci per 5-7 minuti fino a quando non sono gonfie e cotte.

Aggiungi il pollo a pezzetti nel brodo e mescola bene.

Aggiusta di sale e pepe e servi caldo.
