In una ciotola, mescola il formaggio cremoso light con l'aglio, il prezzemolo, il succo di limone, sale e pepe fino ad ottenere un composto omogeneo.

Prendi i petti di pollo e, se necessario, appiattiscili leggermente tra due fogli di pellicola trasparente.

Posiziona un cucchiaio di ripieno al centro di ciascun petto di pollo e richiudi formando un involtino, sigillando bene i bordi.

In un piatto, sbatti l'uovo; in un altro piatto, versa la farina integrale.

Passa ogni involtino prima nella farina, poi nell'uovo e infine nel pangrattato.

Scalda una padella antiaderente con un po' di olio d'oliva spray a fuoco medio.

Cuoci gli involtini per circa 10-12 minuti, girandoli a metà cottura, fino a quando saranno dorati e ben cotti all'interno.
