In una ciotola, unire lo yogurt greco con il succo di limone, la paprika affumicata, l'aglio in polvere, sale e pepe. Mescolare bene.

Tagliare il petto di pollo a strisce e immergerlo nella marinatura, lasciandolo riposare in frigorifero per circa 20 minuti.

In un piatto, mescolare la farina di mandorle con i semi di chia.

Estrarre il pollo dalla marinatura, farlo sgocciolare e passarlo nel mix di farina di mandorle e semi di chia, premendo bene per far aderire.

Disporre i tenders su una teglia rivestita di carta forno, irrorarli con un filo d'olio d'oliva e cuocere in forno preriscaldato a 200°C per circa 20 minuti, fino a doratura.

Servire i tenders caldi, eventualmente accompagnati da una salsa di yogurt greco.
