In una ciotola, prepara la salsa di accompagnamento mescolando la salsa di soia, l'aceto di riso, i semi di sesamo e il peperoncino in polvere. Metti da parte.

In un'altra ciotola, unisci il pollo macinato, l'aglio, l'uovo, l'erba cipollina, l'olio di sesamo e lo zenzero. Mescola bene fino a ottenere un composto omogeneo.

Su un piano di lavoro infarinato, stendi la farina integrale fino a ottenere un sottile strato. Ricava dei dischi di pasta di circa 8 cm di diametro.

Posiziona un cucchiaio di ripieno al centro di ciascun disco, inumidisci i bordi con acqua e chiudi formando una mezzaluna, sigillando bene.

Riscalda una padella antiaderente con un filo d'olio e disponi i ravioli. Cuoci a fuoco medio-alto per 2-3 minuti fino a doratura.

Aggiungi 100 ml d'acqua, copri e cuoci per 5-7 minuti finché i ravioli non sono teneri e ben cotti.
