Sbuccia le mele, togliere il torsolo e tagliale in fettine sottili (3 mm circa).

Preriscalda il forno a 180°C.

Posiziona la pasta fillo su una teglia da forno rivestita di carta, pennella leggermente con 3 g di olio EVO.

Disponi le fettine di mela in modo ordinato, cospargile con 5 g di miele sciolto, 1 g di cannella e i semi di papavero.

Inforna per 15-18 minuti fino a quando la pasta è croccante e le mele leggermente caramellate.
