Preriscaldare il forno a 180°C e preparare uno stampo per ciambella da 22 cm di diametro con carta forno.

In una ciotola capiente, versare lo yogurt greco e aggiungere le 2 uova intere e i 2 albumi, frullando leggermente fino a ottenere un composto omogeneo e cremoso.

Aggiungere la farina integrale, il lievito, il sale e il pepe nero, mescolando delicatamente con una frusta per incorporare aria.

Unire il Parmigiano reggiano grattugiato finemente e mescolare per distribuirlo uniformemente.
