Versare nello mixer 50g di yogurt greco 0%, 15ml di aceto di riso, 10ml di salsa di soia tamari a basso sodio e 5ml di succo di limone fresco.

Aggiungere 8g di zenzero fresco grattugiato, 15g di cipolla rossa finemente tritata, 5g di radice di zenzero fresco, 3g di sedano tritato e 1g di aglio tritato.

Versare 10ml di acqua filtrata e aggiungere mezzo cucchiaino di eritritolo granulare e 1g di sale marino.

Frullare a velocità media per 20-25 secondi fino a ottenere una consistenza cremosa omogenea.
