In un pentolino, scalda a fuoco basso l'aceto di riso con il sale e l'eritritolo, mescolando fino a completo scioglimento, evitando di far bollire.

Togli dal fuoco e aggiungi il succo di limone, lasciando raffreddare il condimento.
