Appiattire il petto di pollo a 1 cm di spessore con un batticarne.

Preparare tre piatti: nel primo unire la farina di avena con sale, pepe e paprika; nel secondo sbattere l'uovo; nel terzo mettere il pangrattato integrale.

Passare il pollo nella farina di avena, immergerlo nell'uovo e poi nel pangrattato, premendo bene per far aderire.

Scaldare l'olio in una padella a fuoco medio e cuocere il pollo per 5-6 minuti, girandolo a metà cottura, fino a doratura.

In un'altra ciotola, mescolare il brodo di pollo con la farina di avena e portare sul fuoco, mescolando fino a addensare.

Aggiungere lo yogurt greco, l'aneto secco, sale e pepe, mescolando bene e scaldando senza far bollire.
