Method

Preriscalda il forno a 180°C. Stendi la pasta sfoglia integrale in una teglia per torta da 24 cm di diametro, bucherella il fondo e riponi in frigo.

In una padella, scalda l'olio e fai soffriggere la cipolla e il peperone rosso tagliati a cubetti fino a quando sono teneri, poi metti da parte per farli raffreddare.

In una ciotola capiente, sbatti le uova con il latte scremato, aggiungi il formaggio fresco, la polpa di granchio, le verdure cotte, il sale, il pepe e il prezzemolo tritato.

Versa il composto di uova e granchio sulla base di pasta sfoglia e inforna per circa 30-35 minuti, o fino a quando la quiche è dorata e ben cotta.
