Cuocere 60g di polpa di zucca a vapore per 15 minuti, quindi raffreddare e asciugare bene.

In una ciotola, unire la farina di avena e i fiocchi di proteine vegetali.

Aggiungere la polpa di zucca cotta, l'albume, l'olio d'oliva e il sale; mescolare fino a ottenere un composto omogeneo.
