In una ciotola, mescolare la farina d'avena con l'uovo, il latte di mandorla e un pizzico di sale fino ad ottenere una pastella liscia.

Scaldare una padella antiaderente e versare metà della pastella. Cuocere per 2-3 minuti per lato fino a doratura.

Stendere 80g di yogurt greco sulla crespella, aggiungere il petto di pollo affettato e la mozzarella tagliata a cubetti.

Arrotolare la crespella e sistemarla in una pirofila.

Coprire con un altro strato di yogurt greco e cuocere in forno a 180°C per 15 minuti fino a doratura.
