Method

In una ciotola, unisci lo yogurt greco, la farina di avena, le proteine in polvere, il lievito e il sale, mescolando fino ad ottenere un impasto omogeneo.

Forma un panetto e avvolgilo nella pellicola trasparente, poi mettilo in frigorifero per 15 minuti.

Stendi l'impasto su un foglio di carta forno fino a ottenere un rettangolo di circa 1 cm di spessore.

Ritaglia il rettangolo in triangoli con base di 10 cm e altezza di 12 cm.

Posiziona 20 g di cioccolato fondente all'apice di ogni triangolo e arrotola dal lato della base verso l'apice, formando il croissant.

Disponi i croissant su una teglia rivestita di carta forno e spennella la superficie con il tuorlo d'uovo.

Cuoci in forno preriscaldato a 180°C per circa 15 minuti, o fino a doratura.
