In una ciotola, unisci la farina di mandorle, il cacao amaro e l'eritritolo. Mescola bene e aggiungi l'uovo e lo yogurt greco, amalgamando fino ad ottenere un composto omogeneo.

Forma una palla con l'impasto, avvolgila in pellicola trasparente e riponila in frigorifero per 20 minuti.

Nel frattempo, scalda il latte di mandorla in un pentolino e aggiungi il cioccolato fondente spezzettato, mescolando fino a scioglierlo completamente. Lascia raffreddare.

Preriscalda il forno a 180°C. Stendi l’impasto tra due fogli di carta forno e ritaglia un cerchio di 12 cm di diametro. Adagia la base in uno stampo per crostata.

Bucherella la base con una forchetta e cuoci in forno per 15-20 minuti fino a doratura.

Una volta raffreddata, spalma un velo di burro di arachidi sulla base e riempi con la crema al cioccolato.

Refrigerare per 30 minuti prima di servire, decorando a piacere.
