In una ciotola, unire la farina integrale, i fiocchi d'avena, l'eritritolo, l'uovo e lo yogurt greco. Mescolare fino ad ottenere un impasto omogeneo.

Stendere l'impasto tra due fogli di carta forno fino a uno spessore di circa 5mm.

Rivestire una tortiera monoporzione (ø 12cm) con la pasta e bucherellare il fondo con una forchetta.

In un'altra ciotola, mescolare i frutti di bosco con l'amido di mais e versarli sulla base della crostata.

Cuocere in forno preriscaldato a 180°C per 20 minuti fino a doratura leggera. Lasciare raffreddare prima di servire.
