Method

In una ciotola, mescolare la farina integrale, l'olio, l'acqua e il sale fino a ottenere un impasto omogeneo. Formare un disco di 20 cm e avvolgerlo in pellicola, lasciarlo riposare in frigorifero per 10 minuti.

Nel frattempo, scaldare 5g di olio in una padella e rosolare l'aglio tritato per 2 minuti. Aggiungere i cuori di carciofo, un pizzico di sale e pepe, cuocere per circa 6 minuti a fuoco medio.

In una ciotola, mescolare lo yogurt greco, la salsa di soia e il succo di limone fino a ottenere una crema liscia.

Stendere la base tra due fogli di carta forno e trasferirla in una teglia da 20 cm. Spalmare la crema di yogurt sulla base, distribuire i carciofi e le olive nere.

Cuocere in forno preriscaldato a 180°C per 15-20 minuti, fino a doratura della base.
