In una ciotola, mescola la farina di avena con l'eritritolo e il cacao amaro. Aggiungi l'olio di cocco fuso e l'acqua, impastando fino a ottenere un composto omogeneo.

Trasferisci l'impasto in una teglia monoporzione (Ø 10cm) rivestita di carta forno, livellandolo bene.

Cuoci in forno preriscaldato a 180°C per 15 minuti, fino a che la base risulti dorata.

Nel frattempo, in un'altra ciotola, mescola la ricotta magra con le gocce di cioccolato, fino a ottenere una crema liscia.

Una volta cotta la base, lasciala raffreddare per 5 minuti prima di farcirla con la crema di ricotta.
