Pulisci i funghi con un panno umido e tagliali a dadini molto piccoli. In una padella antiaderente con mezzo cucchiaio d'olio, rosola i funghi a fuoco medio per 3-4 minuti, aggiungendo il succo di mezzo limone, sale e pepe. Lascia raffreddare completamente.
