Tostare le noci in una padella antiaderente a fuoco medio per 2-3 minuti, mescolando frequentemente, fino a che non rilasciano il loro profumo. Tritarle grossolanamente e metterle da parte.

In una ciotola, mescolare il formaggio di capra, la ricotta e il vino bianco con una forchetta fino a ottenere una crema omogenea e cremosa. Salare e pepare a piacere.
