Tosta i semi di cumino in una padella a fuoco medio, mescolando continuamente fino a quando non diventano dorati e aromatici, circa 1 minuto. Trasferisci in una ciotola e aggiungi il succo d'arancia, il succo di lime, l'olio d'oliva, la paprika, l'origano e l'aglio. Mescola bene.
