Sciacquare le lenticchie rosse e metterle in una pentola con il brodo vegetale, la curcuma e l'olio d'oliva. Portare a ebollizione e cuocere per 20-25 minuti fino a ottenere una consistenza cremosa.

In una padella, scaldare un cucchiaio di olio d'oliva e aggiungere i semi di cumino, tostando fino a quando non iniziano a sprigionare il loro aroma.

Aggiungere la cipolla rossa tritata, il peperoncino verde e lo zenzero grattugiato; rosolare per circa 5-6 minuti o fino a quando la cipolla diventa trasparente.

Unire il soffritto alle lenticchie cotte, aggiungere le proteine in polvere, il prezzemolo e la paprika affumicata. Mescolare bene e lasciare sobbollire per 3 minuti.
