In una ciotola piccola, mescola 1/2 cucchiaio di salsa di soia, 1/2 cucchiaio di salsa BBQ coreana, 1/2 cucchiaio di pasta di peperoncino, 1 cucchiaino di zenzero grattugiato fresco, 1/4 di cucchiaino di peperoncino rosso secco, 1 pizzico di semi di sesamo e pepe nero.

Aggiungi 150g di spalla di maiale tagliata sottile e 80g di cipolla affettata, mescola bene e lascia marinare in frigorifero per almeno 2 ore.

Scalda un tegame antiaderente a fuoco medio-alto e aggiungi il maiale con la marinatura.

Cuoci per 5-6 minuti mescolando frequentemente fino a che la carne non inizia a dorare.
