Preriscalda il forno a 180°C.

Frulla 200 g di more fino a ottenere un purè; filtra per eliminare i semi.

In una pentola, unisci il purè di more, 50 g di eritritolo e il succo di limone. Cuoci a fuoco medio, mescolando fino a ebollizione e lasciando sobbollire per 3-4 minuti.
