In una ciotola, mescola il petto di pollo macinato con il cavolfiore tritato, il prezzemolo, il cipollotto, la passata di pomodoro, il sale e il pepe fino a ottenere un composto omogeneo.

Porta a ebollizione dell'acqua in una pentola e sbollenta la foglia di cavolo verza per circa 2 minuti, finché non diventa morbida.
